The Training and Placement Cell of Bajaj College of Science, Wardha is an initiative to provide job opportunities to the students. The cell takescommitted efforts for students regarding their future career goals. It plays a subtle role to make the students aware of career opportunities, current professional trends, events, job profiles andleadership, etc. It also organizes seminars, workshops from which students get a chance to develop their soft skills. Training and Placement committee invites some eminent companies to conduct campus placement every year. The students are placed in campus and off campus drives.

Action plan and Activities
T & P Cell of Bajaj College of Science prepares action plan which is imperative for BSc and MSc students to respond to various job opportunity platform. In last 2 years, efforts were made to train students to develop and understand difference and necessities of ‘soft skills and hard skills’ for various job placement opportunities. The part of this action plan was supported with help of various webinars through zoom platform delivered by eminent resource persons. T & P cell trained BSc and MSc students for CV preparation and offered technical support to register their academic credentials on various career placement portfolios which are offered by many tech companies such as TNQ platform of TCS, www.greatlearnings.com. Apart from these online platforms, students were supported to face job interviews and provided guidance to qualify written test of local companies from Wardha.
During covid pandemic, efforts were made by T & P cell to energise students for job preparation. Over last two years, M.Sc. and B.Sc. students have received job in various fields.
