Infrastructure and Facilities

The college is spread over a 37.55 acre area. It has a well ventilated sufficient number of spacious classrooms. These classrooms are well acquainted with conventional as well as advanced ICT facilities. All science departments have separate sections and laboratories for general as well as research programmes. The college has got a separate multipurpose hall (Gandhi Memorial Hall) and a separate seminar hall. Dr. Damle library with a massive diverse collection of books adds to the strength of the college. Special research facilities include the Central Instrumentation laboratory which has high-end research equipment like X-ray diffraction, FTIR, UV-vis., Gel doc, PCR etc. Other teaching-learning facilities include Language Laboratory cum ICT center with high speed internet connectivity for students. College also has a separate Girl’s common room. Girls’ hostel and faculty quarters are located in the campus itself while the boys hostel is located in front of the main gate of the college. College has a separate yoga center, gymnasium, botanical garden, canteen and different playgrounds for different sports. Open area activity center Kalaniketan adds to the rich cultural heritage of the college. There are also required provisions for Divyangjan.
