ICT Center

With a viewpoint to provide quality education and excellence, Shiksha Mandal’s, Bajaj College of Science has provided different facilities to its staff and students. In the above context, The ICT Center was inaugurated during the academic session 2017-18 with a view to provide various computer related facilities to its faculties and students. Since then, this center has a made a significant contribution for the welfare of its students. The ICT center of our college is well equipped with PCs having latest configuration and licensed software and networking facilities. The students frequently visit the center for varied reasons. Prominent amongst them include to access the e-resources related to Spoken Tutorial programme run by IIT Bombay. Apart from that, guest lectures, seminars, and workshops by eminent faculties and invited resource persons are regularly conducted at the ICT center. The need and importance of having such a center was realized during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, this center served a key role in delivering the online lectures and other academic activities. The center has a high speed (100 Mbps) Internet facility. Faculties and students regularly visit ICT for accessing e-resources, content uploading and downloading, attending online sessions, etc. Moreover, it also provides a limited form of printing and scanning facilities to its students.
