Jankdevi Bajaj College of Science Karmachari Sah Sadhan Sampatti Sanstha Myltd. Wardha, having registration number 328 was established with following objectives:
- To promote social and economic betterment of members through self-help and mutual aid in accordance with cooperative principles.
- To raise funds for business of the Society.
- To provide facilities for the exercise of Thrift and Savings.
- To grant loans and advances to Members.
- To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of its objectives.
The important highlights of this cooperative society are summarized below:
- Audit:- An external auditor conducts an audit and inspects the financial activities of the society every year. The society have consistently received good remarks from the auditor.
- Members:- The society reached a milestone of 100 registered members whose KYC has been done as per norms.
- Area of Operation:- The operational area of the society is limited to Bajaj College of Science (Formerly known as Janki Devi Bajaj College of Science), Wardha.
- Employees of Society:- Mr. Avinash Adansare is working as the accountant in the society.
- Turnover:- The society has consistently reported turnover more than 25 lakh since last four years.
- Management Committee:- A committee of ten employees of the college keeps a watch on the financial affairs of the society.
- Dividend:- The members of the society have been paid dividend regularly.
